Plot: "Marina was celebrating his birthday with his friends, but suddenly the Power Stars in the Mushroom Kingdom turned into Kappa Stars. While guests were watching at how all of that happened (one of them was Merio btw), Marina suddenly disappeared. The Kappa Stars have flew away. It's obvious that they had to do something with this madness! Now it's Merio's quest to rescue Marina and turn Kappa Stars back to Power Stars!
